Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) focuses on the link between your thoughts, feelings, and actions, giving you concrete tools to shift patterns that keep you stuck. We teach you how to notice unhelpful thinking, test it against reality, and practice new behaviors that support your goals. CBT sessions can target anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, or day‑to‑day stress, and we often weave in structured behavior modification strategies for habits like procrastination or avoidance.
For clients whose anger feels out of control, we also offer behavioral approaches for anger disorders that focus on cues, early warning signs, and replacement skills. CBT is active, collaborative, and grounded in practical homework between visits.
